We are very proud to have been working with Lawnmowers Direct, now a division of Ernest Doe, since 2012.

During this time we have collaborated on site redesigns and migrations, weathered storms in the form of core algorithm updates, and assisted with the transition and updating of digital assets after the successful sale of the business.

Throughout this time, we have delivered consistent year on year organic traffic growth. This has been met with conversion rate optimisation, a large-scale product-focused content strategy and the consistent development of the site’s backlink profile.

Our SEO work has achieved first place positions for several extremely competitive short tail phrases, including “lawnmowers” and “lawn mowers“, as well for terms including high-profile brands such as Honda, e.g. “honda lawnmowers“.  

Alongside this has been a highly successful PPC campaign delivering a return on ad spend (ROAS) of up to✖️ 51. Given the scale of the competition, including other specialist retailers as well as household names such as B&Q and Tesco, results here have been exceptional.
