Design consultation

Our designers work closely with your team to understand your brand and your vision, taking existing content and brand guidelines before creating a design for each page template required for your site, from homepage to checkout.

When you’re happy with the results, we can start the build.

Website development

At this point, we’ll look carefully at the design and how the changes affect your site content, working with you so that every detail is accounted for. Once this is in place, the design is passed onto our web developers.

Your visual designs materialise according to pre-agreed deadlines, arriving at a stage close to completion—this is when updates and revisions are collated from all sides and turned into a smooth feedback process.

Migration, monitoring and support

Once the build is finalised we have to migrate the site—a technical operation with big SEO implications that will always be factored into our builds.

We’ll then either offer post-live technical support as part of a pre-existing or new marketing retainer, or separately, depending on the nature of the project.
