Non-eCommerce businesses

Digital strategies to help you meet your goals

On occasion, we’ll take on work for non-eCommerce brands if we believe they’re a good fit.

Alongside the success we’ve achieved for eCommerce brands, we’ve accomplished the same for a range of organisations in areas such SAAS, technology and the public sector. That’s because we recognise that ultimately, the priority of any worthwhile digital marketing strategy is understanding a business, its audience and key messages. Much is made of the gap between the worlds of B2C and B2B, but in essence the target audience is still people – the only difference is that they’re usually making buying decisions inside rather than outside work.

Still, delivering powerful campaigns for non-eCommerce brands calls for the same level of nuance, care and technical knowledge. With complex services such as SEO, PPC, user experience, design and content marketing, it’s important to have a team on your side that understand what’s needed to achieve results.

United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization

On a year on year basis, we improved organic search for a vital division of the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization by 3,182%.

This was achieved through optimising existing content, as well as creating new pages complemented by a series of PDF downloads and a number of popular webinars.

At the same time, we also achieved:

  • A 40% reduction in bounce rate
  • A 48% increase in time on site
  • Top 3 rankings for all 25 short-tail, high intent keywords

BetterSpace

We implemented a multi-channel inbound marketing campaign for BetterSpace that was built from the ground up. This included implementing a new website, a marketing automation platform and a range of content assets.

We developed a strong SEO strategy designed to capture high intent and high volume organic traffic through the use of targeted search terms that align to specific content assets.

At the same time, we also achieved:

  • Traffic increase x42 through paid channel advertising
  • A 34% increase in LinkedIn followers
  • Significant growth in organic traffic

White labelled tech project

While working with a tech company targeting the student sector, our goal was to increase the volume of conversions ahead of the busy winter term season.

Our focus was optimising landing pages and building long tail supporting content to help the buyer journey, along with a content marketing and digital PR campaign.

Our results included:

  • A 740% increase in organic conversion
  • A 50% growth in organic traffic
  • An extremely successful PPC campaign
